These Terms are an agreement between you and I AM World Famous Enterprises LLC, doing business as I AM On Site Leads ("we," "us"). By joining our list, starting a trial, creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
We email alerts about building permits filed in the trades and ZIP codes you choose. We currently cover the City of Los Angeles, unincorporated Los Angeles County areas and the City of Santa Monica, and we may add or remove areas over time. Alerts are delivered by email only; text-message alerts are not currently offered.
The service is for businesses and individuals 18 or older using it for business purposes. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep your login private. Each plan includes a set number of logins, and you may not share logins beyond your plan.
When enrollment is open, new customers may try a plan free for 7 days. No payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to keep receiving alerts. We will not charge you for a trial you did not convert to a paid plan.
You can cancel anytime through the online billing portal in your account (or by emailing [email protected]). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
The first 20 paying customers may receive the Pro plan for $39.99 per month. This price stays locked only while your subscription stays active. If you cancel, or your payment fails and is not fixed, the founding price ends and cannot be restored. Founding pricing is not available on the Territory plan.
We allow no more than 3 Territory subscribers per trade in each ZIP code. When a spot is full, new Territory requests go on a waitlist. This limit applies only to Territory subscribers. Customers on other plans may receive the same permits, and because permits are public records, others may learn of the same project. Territory is not a promise that no competitor will learn about a job.
Alerts are for your own business use. You may not resell, republish or share our alerts or data with anyone outside your company.
You are responsible for how you contact property owners. You agree to follow all laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing, Do Not Call, text-message, email (CAN-SPAM), privacy and contractor licensing laws. Do not harass anyone or use the data for any unlawful purpose.
Alerts are built from permit records that government agencies make public. Those records can be late, incomplete, inaccurate or changed after filing. We do not guarantee that any alert is accurate, complete or timely, or that it will lead to work. Priority levels are our own estimates. Please confirm project details with the property owner or the issuing agency before you rely on them.
If you opt in on our form, we may text you about your account and launch updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not a condition of purchase.
Our website, software, alert formats and branding belong to us. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims that arise from how you use the service or contact property owners, or from your breaking these Terms or the law.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the data or do not pay. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and email active customers. Using the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
