I AM On Site Leads is a service of I AM World Famous Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, company, email, mobile number, trades, service ZIP codes, how you heard about us and anything you send us.
• Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Usage information: basic device, browser and page-visit data collected through cookies and similar tools, plus whether you open our emails or click links in them.

How we use it

• To set up your account and email you the permit alerts you request.
• To send account notices and launch updates by email and, if you agree, by text message.
• To answer support requests, process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve our service and understand what is working.

Text messages (SMS)

Permit alerts are delivered by email. Text alerts are not offered yet. If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from I AM On Site Leads about your account and launch updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data is never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our CRM and messaging platform, payment processor, email delivery and hosting providers), when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. Email choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Account and service emails (like your alerts and billing notices) continue while your account is active.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Permit data

Our alerts include building permit details that the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, the City of Santa Monica and other agencies publish as public records. We collect that information from public sources; it is not information about you as our customer.

Children

Our service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and notify active customers by email.
